Don't mean to sound smart ass but the housing bust took off in 6/06. Tax sales take about two years to work through the FL system similar systems involving foreclosures and tax sales are at work in other states so a four year national beat frequency in a major housing bust is only surprising in that it is working out as more or less exactly four years. It sounds like June 2014 might be a good time to invest heavily in real estate.
