Nothing to do with pride, and a lot more to do with calling you on your bullshit.

All has been explained already, you just refuse to believe it because your stuff is infallible.

You haven't explained anything just repeated the same claims that you can't back up. I've neither claimed tomahawk missiles are my stuff, or that they are infallible, but your hundredth attempt at straw man argument is noted.

There is a big difference between tomahawks being infallible and Syria shooting down three dozen of them, you're just too much of a simpleton to grasp that. Your pea brain can only process that someone doubting your claims about Syria shooting that many down means they must believe them infallible.

There is no room for more discussion about this.

We all know that, that is why it is so funny watching you flail about doing everything you can to avoid explaining your silly theories.

What if, the strategy had been to invade that airbase and hold it for further use as a forward base?

Could an expeditionary force hold the base and keep it functional as a forward operating base.
