Car companies dot want to be building EV's..........they are not profitable. The only reason they build them is to enable the manufacturer to meet these laughable SAE standards. Sucks for the consumer.......forced technology changes = higher sticker prices. These crappy little compact cars now run into the low-mid $20,000 range. Nuts to that shit.
