So when it's his turn to speak at the ceremony, instead of celebrating the event, he spills his sour grapes about Trump calling his bluff and eating his lunch on the new USMCA deal. Mexico will pay for the Wall slowly but surely in what we recoup in the new USMCA deal....they had no choice in the matter. It was never going to be a check written or a dump truck full of pesos pulling up to the WH.

Trump said he was "fine with things like they are" ie Chinese billion$ flowing into our Treasury from the tariffs.
