Trump admin lost track of parents of 38 young migrant children

What you don't understand is that it is highly likely those parents INTENTIONALLY wanted to leave their kids in the US just as the tens of thousands of parents who ship their kids across Mexico in the hands of a smuggler do. You Liberals only see only side of every issue. The side you WANT TO SEE.
Oh don't think that hasn't crossed my mind but they would not be able to execute such a plan without the incompetence of our government. How in the hell do you lose a kid, let alone a bunch of them? Yet this is one of the agencies that is tasked with keeping the country safe at the expense each year of the loss of more and more of some of my civil liberties and rights..

I'm starting to understand even more why you can't sue the federal government without it's permission first and for the phrase "The maxim rex non potest peccare ... the King can do no wrong". They screw up a lot and would be getting sued all of the time is what our instructor told us.

Excepts that's an extra-constitutional solution. Remember when Elian Gonzales entered the USA and had every right to stay. He was eventually reunited with his surviving parent after a parental rights decision
I do not remember the details of that case but wasn't he essentially returned to his father's custody because his dad had parental rights instead of it being an immigration issue?

It was a deterrent. Like towing double parked cars The only difference is the impounded children don't have a VIN number to track ownership.
You know if the tow yard or repair shop loses your vehicle the attorney general and sometimes the Federal Trade Commission can sometimes intervene on your behalf as a consumer.

These kids get less consideration than a consumer issue? I know it's not the same thing but how in the hell do you lose another human being when they are entrusted into our government custody?

Correct. Otherwise he would have remained legally within the USA

WASHINGTON — Government lawyers said Friday that they cannot locate the parents of 38 migrant children under the age of 5, as a federal judge indicated he is open to extending the deadline for reuniting nearly 3,000 children separated from their mothers and fathers while crossing the US-Mexico border.

In a status hearing with U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw of the Southern District of California, who ordered the reunification, government lawyers said the Health and Human Services Department would only be able to reunify about half of approximately 100 children under the age of 5 by the court-ordered deadline of July 10.

For 19 children, their parents have been released from custody into the U.S. and their whereabouts are unknown. The parents of another 19 children have been deported.

"The way [a family separation] is put in the system is not in some aggregable form, so we can’t just run it all," said Sarah Fabian, the Justice Department attorney representing the government before Sabraw.
You mean these parents have not inquired about their children? And you blame the Trump administration for these dirtbag parents?

No one entrusted the government with the care of these children.

It isnt' the vehicle that's lost. It's the owner. You got to be some kind of a despicable parent to not know where your kids are, or care where they are.

As one federal judge commented, When the government takes somebodies wallet the person gets a receipt, when the government takes their children they don't get anything.

Wrong
The benefits of American Constitution are not conveyed to people’s “on or in” America but rather those “of” America. Read it carefully It’s another proliferated liberal inaccuracy, repeated over and over to try and drill in acceptance.
Merely illegally stepping into US soil does not magically convey constitutional benefits. There are some legal considerations that do convey with illegally placing yourself here, but not Constitutional ones
Is it sort of like how a state requires as a term to conduct business there that you have to agree to submit yourself to that state's jurisdiction?

The kids were last seen in their parents arms. The government took them by force.

It's like when they tow somebodies car. But in this case they don't bother to remember where they stored it.

The parents obviously don't give a rats ass about their kids. Otherwise they would have inquired about them. The parents brought them here by force. They violated our border by force. Force is how you deal with people who break the law.

There are no parents to find. The children were sold to the human traffickers in Guatemala.

This is all about returning children to their pimps, getting product back to the MS-13 human traffickers. Fear not, U.S. District Court Judge Dana Sabraw will have these children working the streets in short order.

I did not mention Trump or his administration however I was advised long ago to never underestimate the incompetence of a civil servant. I know that they're not all bad, but this doesn't help disprove the person's point. In any other scenario wouldn't this constitute kidnapping?

Who cares? It's the parents fault for putting the kids in that situation. Fuck the parents anti hell with the illegal alien brats, al though, the kids are likely better off without such shitty selfish pigs for parents.
You know the constitution prohibits blaming the kids for the acts of the parents.

Or maybe you didn't know that.

The children are the victims of their parents. The children are being hurt because their parents see them as nothing more then green cards that need to be fed. Say, you know 80% of those children were sent without their parents? Send the illegals back to beanerstan, reunite them with their negligent selfish parents there. Save your fake constitution bull shit. You talk out your ass fag.

Sick of the leftists demanding open borders now. We would be overrun with radicals from all over the world and we'd turn into an instant shithole. Do leftists ever think about this stuff? People demanding that we abolish ICE and just let everyone in. Obama supposedly focused on deporting criminals and terrorists and he deported over 3 million. That's only the ones that were caught. I doubt if they catch illegal border crossers half the time. Yet, libs want even more terrorists and criminals to be able to come in without anyone trying to stop them. Are you pro-open border people fucking crazy?

Disappointing, but hardly unprecedented. There is room for reasonable reform.
