Not the middle of nowhere

"A steep rise in panel prices "could be huge and disastrous for large-scale solar," said Tom Werner, chief executive of San Jose-based SunPower Corp (SPWR.O), a top U.S. solar company that is majority owned by France's Total (TOTF.PA). "Developers are alarmed and planning."

So damn happy to see funding for solar projects in the shitter!! As it should be. Remember the days of Soetero where hundreds of billions of taxpayer money went up in smoke..........a disgrace...........a disaster.......except to the climate k00ks. Progressives never care about what things cost.........if the intentions are noble, the wasted money is money well spent = a mental disorder. Good to see President Trump kicking the mental cases square in the nutsack.

Yeah and that damn nuclear energy, what with all the millions of taxpayers dollars spent on it during the 1940's by the govt. was a waste also..And they just wasted it by blowing it up, can you believe that?!

Will he do that with another useless tweet? When you are spoiled rich boy draft dodger adulterer and fool, twitter is your only tool as your mind is so limited. (161)

This week in Trump World
No, as any 8th grader should know, you can't do that with a tweet. You have to go through the law.

Trump's daughter should import solar panels instead of clothes:
"About 95% of cells and panels sold in the U.S. last year were made abroad, with most coming from China, Malaysia and the Philippines, according to SPV Market Research."
That would put these Leftards freaks in a real bind, more so than a tariff will

God knows we as individuals with our own homes would never, ever want to be independent of electric companies...We love giving them our stash 'o cash...

"SunPower (SPWR): CEO Tom Werner’s $360,000 base salary made up less than 8 percent of his total compensation of $4.6 million. Most of that came from $3.4 million in stock awards, but it also includes cash bonuses, health benefits, life insurance and company retirement contributions"
Forbes

"Clinton has raked in donations from Invenergy, Sunpower Corp., SunRun Inc. and other solar or renewable energy companies."
Clinton's economic plans likely to boost her corporate donors

Putting Donald Trump in office may end the free ride this guy gets from subsidies. I understand and revel in his angst.

As the price of solar continues to decline, an import tax on them will only result in import taxes in those nations producing the panels on US products. The treasonous fat senile old orange clown is determined to create another 2008 debacle. And we Dems will have to fix the economy all over, just like we did from 2009 to 2017.

Solar Growth and the ITC

Solar as an Economic Engine
Nearly 260,000 Americans work in solar - more than double the number in 2012 - at more than 9,000 companies in every U.S. state.

Solar Industry Facts and Figures

This will continue to grow. Simple economics.

Actually all the green energy started with the Energy Policy Act of 2005...You should read it sometime..The GOP had no problems passing the Act..

I have solar power and hardly use any utility power. Saves me a good $100 a month or more depending on AC use. And the tax credit was a great thing.
