US' top diplomat Taylor was told Trump wanted aid withheld until Ukraine said it would investigate Biden - CNNPolitics

With Bill Taylor's testimony today, it doesn't take a lot of bran power for even a trumpanzee to see that a formal impeachment is inevitable.

But, how stupid does Trump think Democrats and their leader prosecutor Schiff are. He calls for a vote now by the House, which would require that formal impeachment charges be submitted. Democrats have not, thanks to Trump & company stonewalling, gathered all of their evidence. And we all know, the more evidence you have, the more likely you are to get a conviction in court. So, as Trump attempts to draw this out, it will be drawn out, with the downside for Trump of more administration employees coming forward to exercise their patriotic duty and testify about Trump's misdeeds.

Impeachment is a foregone conclusion with conviction looking more and more likely. Reputations are at stake, and I think Senate Republicans are starting to realize that they stand a very good chance of following Trump in to the abyss with the loss of their reputations and legacies.

And then you woke up from your wet dream only to discover that Trump was reelected and the Republicans took back the House in 2020.

Even if Trump asked Ukraine to investigate Hunter Biden, there's nothing wrong with that. In fact, he was doing his job as President.
