Benedict Arnold hands the plans for the defense of NY over to Julian Asswipe who decides to publish it in his Town Cryer newspaper.

How do Washington, Adams and Franklin react?

This has to be one of the most dumbest comments I've seen on the wikileaks topic yet.

Like moths to a flame, you and Kevin saw the phrase "Thought Experiment" and you both could not wait to show the Board how impossible it was for either of you.

And you thank him for it.

    LOL.

Depends. Is Assange still a citizen of Australia living in Britain at the time?

You don't have to be a US citizen to commit espionage against the country. You do know that, right?

Just trying to get all the parameters figured out.

Besides, a lot of teabaggers were hollering out about trying him for treason. You've got to be a US citizen to be charged with treason.

Then, there's also the question of what is the SOFA agreement at the time with Britian? SOFA stands for Status of Forces Agreement.

You do know that espionage is the clandestine infiltration of a government agency and the harvesting of secret information, and subsequently supplying your sponsor with the secrets of the nation you're stealing them from.

Not publishing leaked data that was leaked by officials of the nation you're seeking to damage/embarrass.

I think he should be sanctioned, but not as a foreign spy, because he isn't one.
