Unfortunately there is no pleasant way to deal with the threat of being completely overwhelmed by an Islamic presence. The Cardinal Archbishop of Cologne, Rainer Maria Woelki, is alarmed. Not by jihad terrorism in Paris and Brussels, or by the Muslim migrants who committed mass rapes and sexual assaults in his city last New Year’s Eve, but by the growing opposition to the Islamization of Europe. He had harsh words for Beatrix von Storch, the deputy leader of Germany’s new anti-Islamization party, Alternative for Germany (AfD), who said quite correctly that “Islam is in itself a political ideology that is not compatible with the constitution.” Woelki insisted on the contrary that “the religion of Islam is compatible with the German constitution just as Judaism or Christianity are.” He also said that “whoever says ‘yes’ to church towers must also say ‘yes’ to minarets.”

How wonderful and broad-minded and forward thinking. Woelki reflects the thinking of Pope Francis, and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, and all decent folk.

There’s just one problem: the Qur’an is specifically hostile to Christianity in a way that Christianity is not toward Islam. A sampling:

I fought for the Equal Rights Amendment; I'm sensitive to women's issues and I feel for the European women being harrassed by immigrants. The last thing we need is MORE men who can't respect women and who use their (um hmmmm) for aggressive purposes. There are plenty of American men in that category already. If you gentlemen are really concerned about women getting grabbed at or raped, focus your energies on our 'homegrown' morons; there are plenty. I've even seen a few use sexual aggression on this board, albeit verbally, of course.

Have you ever seen a mob of American men do anywhere what these "asylum seekers" did in Cologne? And if these jihadist Muslims get away with it there how long do you think it will be before they do the same thing here? And when it does happen, if there are Americans who forgivingly say "it was only 40 out of 1,000," how long will it be before it happens again -- only worse?

Okay. Since everyone, left and right, is saying the US is responsible for this mess in Syria, which led to this mass migration, should we not have some responsibility for these people who had to flee their homes for their lives? If we can't safely let them into our country, is there something else we can do? Sometimes it is hard to trust that there isn't just naked racism/xenophobia underlying these efforts to 'warn' about muslim immigrants. If I could hear some reasonable ideas on how to help the vast majority of these refugees who are harmless and homeless, it would ease my mind that you aren't working from another agenda.

There is only one way. We need to tell our resident Muslim population that if they don't take care of the problem -- we will. And the way for us to do that is pass word to the biker groups, the American Neo-Nazi Party, the Skinhead groups and every wacky, camo-wearing militant organization is the U.S. that until further notice it is party time.

In other words, if these Muslims want to fuck around we will show them how it's done.

Obama's plan to accelerate vetting of Syrian "refugees” for U.S. entry.

President Obama is willing to gamble with the lives of American citizens. He is intent on emptying Guantanamo of as many of the detainees as possible, even as some of the released jihadists have returned to the battlefield to fight against our soldiers. Now the Obama administration is reportedly planning to accelerate the screening process for Syrians claiming refugee status, so that they can be rapidly resettled in communities across the United States.

The Washington Free Beacon has reported that, according to its sources, “The Obama administration has committed to bring at least 10,000 Syrian refugees onto American soil in fiscal year 2016 by accelerating security screening procedures from 18-24 months to around three months.”

The current resettlement vetting process for self-proclaimed refugees begins with an initial screening by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The applications of some who make it through this preliminary UN screen are referred to United States authorities for further consideration and possible resettlement. UNCHR’s role in the front end of the vetting process should be reason enough for alarm.

The United Nations has called for more open borders to accommodate the millions of “refugees” and other migrants whom have left the Middle East and North Africa. To this end, UNCHR is said to be looking for alternative avenues to admit Syrian refugees that are faster than the current refugee “resettlement” vetting process. UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi suggested a number of such alternatives last March, at a high-level meeting held in Geneva to discuss “global responsibility sharing through pathways for admission of Syrian refugees."

Among the alternative “pathways” listed by the UNCHR High Commissioner for Refugees were “labour mobility schemes, student visa and scholarships, as well as visa for medical reasons.” He added, “Resettlement needs vastly outstrip the places that have been made available so far... But humanitarian and student visa, job permits and family reunification would represent safe avenues of admission for many other refugees as well.”

The net effect of expanding the grounds for admitting Syrian refugees to include job and student related visas could be to bump American citizens from jobs and scholarships that are given to the refugees instead.

Apparently, the Obama administration is onboard with looking for alternatives to the current refugee resettlement system that depends on cooperation with the states. Perhaps it is reacting to the fact that numerous states have recently elected to opt out of refugee resettlement programs, including New Jersey.

“The United States joins UNHCR in calling for new ways nations, civil society, the private sector, and individuals can together address the global refugee challenge,” the State Department wrote in a Media Note following the Geneva conference. The State Department added that it has “created a program to allow U.S. citizens and permanent residents to file refugee applications for their Syrian family members.”

Saudi Arabia—the world’s greatest hypocrite—is at it again.

On February 12, 2016, the Munich Security Conference (MSC) was held. It’s described as “the world's largest gathering of its kind”; “the most important independent forum for the exchange of views by international security policy decision-makers,” where “about 350 senior figures from more than 70 countries around the world to engage in an intensive debate on current and future security challenges.”

It’s apparently also where lying about one of the “current and future security challenges”—Islamic terrorism—goes unchallenged.

Enter Adel al-Jubeir, Saudi Arabia’s foreign affairs minister. This representative of the one nation that has done more than any other to spread radical Islamic ideology spun lie after lie during his 20 minute presentation before a captive audience.

Jubeir began by trying to kill two birds with one stone: distancing Islam from ISIS in a way to demonize and incite the world against Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad:

On the other hand, the Koran does call on Muslims to hate and fight non-Muslims; it does call for beheadings, mutilations, and crucifixions; it does call for the collection of jizya or extortion money from subjugated minorities; it does permit the sexual enslavement of non-Muslim women and children. In short, the Koran does support the actions of ISIS—not to mention the actions of Boko Haram, the Taliban, al-Qaeda, Hamas, Al Shabaab, and 41 Muslim nations that make the lives of Christian minorities a living hell. That’s why a PEW poll found that at least 63 million and as many as 287 million Muslims in just 11 countries—and 81% of Arabic language Al Jazeera respondents—support what Jubeir dismisses as “psychopaths who have no religion and no morals.”

The Saudi minister also managed to invoke the one Koran verse that is forever on the lips of Islam’s apologists:

In the Islamic faith the Koran reveals that you have your faith and I have my faith [109:6]. You are free to practice your faith and I am free to practice mine. What greater sign of tolerance and acceptance do you have than this?

Jubeir didn’t bother telling his audience that mainstream Islamic jurisprudence holds that Koran 109:6 and the few other tolerant verses have been abrogated by more “final” verses that call for eternal violence against all who reject Islam, such as Koran 9:5 and 9:29, the notorious “sword verses.”

Otherwise, why does the Saudi government ban the existence of a single church, synagogue, or temple? Why does it storm the private residences of foreign Christians holding prayer meetings, arrest and torture them, and confiscate their Bibles and crosses? Why is it the 14th worst nation in the entire world to be Christian in? Why does it imprison, torture, and kill Muslims who seek to leave Islam? Why does it openly declare that all Muslims must hate Christians, Jews, and all other non-Muslims?

Where, O Jubeir, is all this Islamic “tolerance and acceptance” you gush about?

And this is the grandest point, the true elephant at the Munich Security Conference that no one seemed to notice: most atrocities committed by ISIS that provoke shock and horror in the West, and which Jubeir claims have nothing to do with Islam, are being committed by Saudi Arabia as a matter of state policy—and also in the name of Islam.

The real question isn’t whether ISIS is Islamic; only fools and clowns are still trying to figure that one out. The real question is why a nation that behaves like ISIS is allowed to speak at a conference dedicated to “intensive debate on current and future security challenges,” and then given free rein to spew lie after lie?

From here, one begins to understand that Saudi Arabia and its premiere role in exporting “extremism” around the world is only one part of a more complex problem.

The city of Cologne’s website tells tourists that spending New Year’s there is “something to write home about.” It certainly is after the German city took in 10,000 mostly Muslim refugees last year. There are 120,000 Muslims already in the city making them more than 10% of the population. It has been estimated that Cologne will become a majority Muslim city by the last New Year’s Eve of the century.

When the anti-Islamist group Pegida came out to protest last year, the Cologne cathedral turned out its lights to condemn them while pro-migrant activists smugly held up signs reading, “Refugees welcome”.

But for this New Year’s Eve, the crowd outside the Cologne Cathedral was dominated by young Muslim men who threw fireworks at police and sexually assaulted women and girls trapped in the crowd.

In a crowd of 1,000 men, hundreds of Muslim refugees prowled, assaulting and robbing any woman they could find. A police officer described seeing crying women stumble toward him after midnight. He managed to rescue one woman whose clothes had been torn off her body from a group of her attackers, but could not save her friends because the mob had begun hurling fireworks at him.

The eight men he arrested carried asylum papers. They were among the mob of refugees welcomed by the people of Cologne.

Mayor Henriette Reker, the refugee activist whose victory had been greeted with cheerful headlines from the pro-refugee press and shouts of Allahu Akbar by the locals, was forced to declare it a crisis.

Desperate efforts were made to suppress the crimes that had been committed, but too many women had been assaulted. More than 90 complaints had been filed. There was no telling how many more women had been too ashamed to go to the police. Or how many thought that there was no point because the authorities would not be on their side, but on the side of the Muslim refugee rapists.

A man spoke of being unable to protect his wife or teenage daughter from the mob. A British tourist fought against being forced into a car. A 17-year-old girl described being brutally violated and seeing other girls in the police station in the same condition. A 22-year-old woman recalled, “When I called for help, they laughed.” Even a volunteer policewoman had been molested.

A 16-year-old girl was raped on September 11 near a migrant shelter. Two Iraqis refugees had raped an 18-year-old girl behind a schoolyard. Another Iraqi raped a 17-year-old girl at a festival. A 7-year-old girl was raped in a park not far from where her mother was sitting.

When the anti-Islamist group Pegida came out to protest last year, the Cologne cathedral turned out its lights to condemn them while pro-migrant activists smugly held up signs reading, “Refugees welcome”.

But for this New Year’s Eve, the crowd outside the Cologne Cathedral was dominated by young Muslim men who threw fireworks at police and sexually assaulted women and girls trapped in the crowd.

In a crowd of 1,000 men, hundreds of Muslim refugees prowled, assaulting and robbing any woman they could find. A police officer described seeing crying women stumble toward him after midnight. He managed to rescue one woman whose clothes had been torn off her body from a group of her attackers, but could not save her friends because the mob had begun hurling fireworks at him.

The eight men he arrested carried asylum papers. They were among the mob of refugees welcomed by the people of Cologne.

Mayor Henriette Reker, the refugee activist whose victory had been greeted with cheerful headlines from the pro-refugee press and shouts of Allahu Akbar by the locals, was forced to declare it a crisis.

Desperate efforts were made to suppress the crimes that had been committed, but too many women had been assaulted. More than 90 complaints had been filed. There was no telling how many more women had been too ashamed to go to the police. Or how many thought that there was no point because the authorities would not be on their side, but on the side of the Muslim refugee rapists.

A man spoke of being unable to protect his wife or teenage daughter from the mob. A British tourist fought against being forced into a car. A 17-year-old girl described being brutally violated and seeing other girls in the police station in the same condition. A 22-year-old woman recalled, “When I called for help, they laughed.” Even a volunteer policewoman had been molested.

Katia remembered walking through a “tunnel” made up only of “foreign men” who assaulted her on all sides. “Although we shouted and hit them, the men didn’t stop.” Instead they insulted and taunted her.

The provost of the Cologne Cathedral had warned anti-Islamist protesters, “You're supporting people you really don't want to support.” But it was the provost and pro-refugee activists who had supported people they really didn’t want to support. There is no way to know whether any of the smiling young people holding, “I Love Immigration” banners had fallen victim to those refugees they loved so much.

The over 1 million migrants brought to Germany by Merkel had already inflicted trauma on many women and girls while the offenders received little more than a slap on the wrist from the authorities.

Even pro-refugee activists working in camps in Germany had warned of a “culture of rape and violence” where unaccompanied women are viewed as “fair game” and rapes and sexual assaults are routine. A 16-year-old girl was raped on September 11 near a migrant shelter. Two Iraqis refugees had raped an 18-year-old girl behind a schoolyard. Another Iraqi raped a 17-year-old girl at a festival. A 7-year-old girl was raped in a park not far from where her mother was sitting.

Merkel made this mess. And the only way to undo it is to undo Germany’s asylum policies and likely its membership in the European Union. The migrant wave has fundamentally altered Germany’s demographics in a way that makes the country hostile to women. The only way for women in Europe to have a future is to fight the migration mob. Otherwise what happened outside the Cologne cathedral, what happens to the 99% of women in Egypt and what happens in the Islamic State will be their future.
