This is what needs to happen

1. Ban all guns. Not even pellet guns or BB guns. Water guns and even those bright orange play guns are banned. If anyone is seen using their finger as a gun, that person gets his finger cut off, second offense is the whole hand.

2. Ban all movies/games/television, any media depicting anything violent. If a movie so much as shows anyone threaten violence or someone falling down, the film is burned and everyone involved with the it is jailed for 5 years, second offense is their eyes plucked out. Drug use is allowed though.

3. There is no more score in any game. No more winners and losers. Any person who talks about his stats is jailed for 5 years, second offense the right foot is cut off.

4. Any person who is found with any degree of a mental defect is put to death. We don't want the reproducing.

5. Any person found in violation of the above for a third time, they and their entire family is put to death and their dogs shot and their houses are burned down.

This could work.

While we're at it, let's imprison anyone who is Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Atheist, Muslim, or Mormon.
Also, let's put anyone who's not in the top 1% of Intelligence into concentration camps.

I forgot about religion, but no jail time, they need to be publicly executed and made an example of as soon as possible, we don't need them spreading their filth.
