teddy was killed because he snitched to the cops when he was caught. He was given only one rd at a time when he was send out on a hit and he was being followed/watched by a gang member, who was to kill Teddy if he failed or was caught. THAT guy had a full magazine of ammo, so for teddy to try to kill him and flee was a bad bet! Where would he go and what would he do?
