H.R.3200 did not pass.
What passed was H.R.3590. It was 906 pages.

Exactly, the OP is attacking (with lies, incidentally) a dead piece of legislation from the last Congress, not the Affordable Care Act.
Those of you who want to know--really know--what's in the reform law should take some time and read some of the excellent summaries that have been produced. The best I've seen is the most comprehensive: Section‐by‐Section Analysis with Changes Made by Title X and Reconciliation.
That walks through every section of the law and states in plain English what's in it.
