I think at least some of the things in that clip might be referring to old versions of the legislation. Don't know how much survived into the final version.

Yep that's factual. But the fact is that it is telling you that the cost sharing is capped at $5000 and $10,000 respectively. You see that's the thing about a 2000 page document, you cannot take one paragraph and say this is what it says, without looking to see what it is talking about.

Again, let's repeal Obamacare, but for the right reasons. And those reasons are simple, It doesn't do what it set out to do. Which if we remember was to make health care more affordable........

What passed was H.R.3590. It was 906 pages.
