Why should I go move to an Absolute monarchy without a constitution, and no other form of Government besides an absolute (unconstitutional) Monarchy ?
That's a dictatorship.

There is no President or Prime Minister.
There is no Parliament.
There is no High Court or Superior Court.
There are no government agencies (except for those to serve the King)
There are no Elections, ever.
There are no laws, except for those that the king has stuck in his head.

Its King Tudor, or pre 1945 Japan all over again.

Dubai is nice looking...
How was it for those built it ?

Its not uncommon for dictatorships to be beautiful looking.
They're that way, because one man can have his entire way, and have HIS thoughts brought to life, very cheaply using other people's expertise.

And people's individual thoughts tend to be of heaven, or a utopia.

And what would modern day western investors, with our values want with Dubai ?
Our investors don't deal with an elected government in Dubai because there is none... they deal with a King that gives our investors NO RIGHTS.

We also don't deal with private business people, because effectively there is none...
They serve the King, because they exist only with the King's permission.

So what would we want with it ?

The United Arab Emirates has a constitution. There is "capitalism" in the United Arab Emirates. There are political rights in the United Arab Emirates.

The king I believe is elected from a council of 7 princes from each of the countries governates (or emirates). Which makes it an elective monarchy, except the electors are royal families.

UAE bribes all citizens . They are all
Millionaires . They import poor people from India and Philippines to do the shit work.

An election means that the population votes and according to Wikipedia, the UAE is an Absolute Monarchy.

There are also no political freedoms.
It is illegal in the UAE to criticize the government, or organize protests on social media.
People have been jailed and tortured.
