something occured to me the otehr day- teh case against the Obama healthcare act being made before the Supreme COurt could have even further reaching implications than the bill itself- teh fundamental argument is that the government does not have the right to require people to buy a private product. Would that include, for example, clothing? Would this in effect repeal all anti-nudity/public decency laws across the US?

Honestly part of me wonders if the pres isn't hoping to lose so he can motivate voters, go back and get a single payer system. i guess universal legalized nudism would just be a side benefit.
