China is leading the World in Nuclear power plant construction. The 4th AP 1000 has just entered service in China! Currently there are two under construction in the USA, which will be the 2nd and 3rd New Nuclear Power plants to enter service in the USA. I think that makes 46 nuclear reactors in China! With 11 more under construction it is easy to deem Nuclear power is alive and well, with those who do not have the burden of endless frivolous lawsuits.

Cost, $6 billion for 2 nuclear reactors!!!!!! That is 10% of the cost of nuclear construction in the USA or England! Seems impossible? Does useless regulations and lawsuits cost that much?
