Wrong, moron. Red states receive more in federal benefits than they pay in. That doesn't necessarily equate to more assistance per person than people Blue states. There's no breakdown of where the money goes.

Most of that 'assistance' is Social Security payments to retirees that can't afford to live in the tax and spend, spend, spend environment of the Blue States they retired from.
