Yes they do. If all they want is $15,000 then I am certain that the Donald Trump Campaign would have already written the check. It may not win in court but most civil cases never go to court anyways. If they are threatening to sue then they are just trying to get Trump some free publicity. Another possibility is that the Trump Campaign or the Clinton Campaign has asked them to pretend they are going to sue.

If this was real then they would already have the $15,000.

Yes they do. If all they want is $15,000 then I am certain that the Donald Trump Campaign would have already written the check. It may not win in court but most civil cases never go to court anyways. I kinda doubt the little girls filed any lawsuit. From what I read earlier no pay was offered, only that they could use the event to drum up sales for themselves. The publicity alone would have been worth it but if the Trump campaign reneged on the contract why hasn't it been posted by now?
