The Hobbit: An unexpected Journey

They should've added the "Humans" to the movie.
All this Hobbit, Dwarf, Elves stuff didn't excite me to be part of this Hobbit's journey.
Unlike LOTR there's no pleasant anticipation of the next part.
It was also "too funny", but the humour in the movie is not really to my taste (guessing game between Hobbit and Gollum was just stupid).

There really aren't many humans in "The Hobbit", except for the battle near the end of the story. As for it seeming stupid, that's because it's much more of a children's story. I read it first, then LOTR. When I went back and reread "The Hobbit" it had lost a lot of its appeal to me, because it seemed much more like a children's fairy tale than a fantasy novel like LOTR.
