Do you take out the trash for your mother?

Do you rake the leaves in your front lawn when required?

Do you purchase Flintstones vitamins for your kids dependably?

Do you make sure your pets are well-groomed?

==============

These kinds of 'daily fitness' questions denote the 'everyday superhero,' the fellow/gal who ensures the safety and health of those around him/her so as to create an environment more conducive to well-being.

In order for us to feel like we're in touch with humanity, we should think about the daily routine of thoroughly washing our dishes (to avoid any kind of toxic build-up), washing our cars, cleaning our bathrooms, paying our taxes on time (etc.). Such diligence creates a 'civilization hygiene' we really need to make this new world of high-speed traffic/consumption (e.g., Wall Street, eBay, Wal-Mart, etc.) more digestible and less irregular/wasteful.

Then, it will be naturally easier to discover how our local firemen, mailmen, salesmen (etc.) and others who dependably 'grease the rails' of civilization are 'everyday heroes.'

This has been the clinical-philosophical approach to dealing with traffic-lens maladies such as AIDS and Social Anxiety Disorder.

Steam baths are becoming more and more popular, since they encourage respiratory relaxation and moisture control, nice qualities to celebrate for our age of traffic fatigue.
