Lately, the Democratic party, or its talking heads at least has made a good case for repealing the first Amendment. The beauty of the Constitution is that it can be changed to suit the times.

Technically, the Constitution per the originalist interpretation doesn't give people a right to use "fighting words", including on the internet - we could use this as a way of shutting down Democratic or "far left" media which incites violence, rabble rousing, perpetuates misinformation about people's "rights" or so forth.

If it happened, I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
