So could you please inform us how the theory of evolution differs, under what scientific method trials it has not been proven fact and what verifiable facts the theory of gravity has that the theory of evolution does not have.

Gravity is a 100% proven theory that has been scientifically verified and can be repeated.

The so called pseudo theory of evolution has not been proven, nor is it a verifiable fact that can be repeated in the lab..

You're kidding, right? It's proven every time an uncle looks at a new born and says to the mother, "He has your nose." Every time Pioneer creates a hybrid strain of Corn that is more resistant to drought. Every time a thoroughbred horse wins the Kentucky Derby (that's every year, by the way).

If you have a lawn that was grown from seed that is designed for bright sunlight, shade, drought or wet conditions, evolution is proven. If you plant a flower that only grows in the tropics and it dies when planted in Vermont, evolution is proven.

If you or anybody you know drinks milk after age 5 without getting sick, mutation is proven. Evolution is a theory that reproducable, creates predictable results and is used as the basis of research to create foods, medicines and improved versions of anything that lives.

If you haven't noticed it, it is not because it does not exist. It is because you haven't noticed it.

They have a creation "museum" in Kentucky Phillipe.
They bring in bus loads of home schooled kids and churches.
After a few months of running someone asked your question.
They thought about it and then opened an exhibit where man walked with dinosaurs.
Scary stuff where they make up the science to fit their beliefs.
But it is happening. The Founders saw it first hand in Europe and ran from it. A very smart Bush appointed Republican Federal Judge in Pa. saw their fake case and ran them out and called them liars in court up there.

I don't have a problem with teaching intelligent design because I think that there is some legitimacy to the idea that the universe is not capable of self-creation but it belongs in a religious philosophy class that can be taught along side another equivalent theory of global warming. Both should be treated as philosophical sunday discussions and not taught as legitimant science.

Yesterday our Governor Sonny "Doesn't" Perdue announced that he, and his power house Republican buddies in the Legislature, want to make the State School Superintendent an appointed position. The religous right is behind it. Evolution is and has been their main target.
