At this point, it's conceivable that Cosby is suffering from some measure of dementia. If he is, the time in which he can stand trial, let alone be convicted, may have passed.
That finding does not, of course, mean Cosby has dementia, but insofar as the rate among 85-year-olds is around 20%, there's a reasonable chance he's got it. If he does, it's not clear just where this trial can really go.

Way to destroy his legacy of good. Whoever is behind it, is evil to the core.
Whatever good he did has been done. That hasn't changed.
These chicks had sex with him while getting high cuz he was a star now they think because there's so many sex cases out there they can come and get some free money worthless bunch
To be perfectly honest, this thread isn't about the details of the case other than the role dementia may play in here in 2018 making the man stand trial.

he still is a pig
80 years and still a creep

Okay. For those of you in the "peanut gallery," this is not a "bash Bill Cosby" thread. You will notice that it is in the "Law and Justice System" subforum.

Bill Cosby is merely the foil that offers a "real life" example of the matter of trying people who have dementia. That is clear from the remarks in the OP.
