The sore loser, Texas Flee-bagging Democrats who ran away from Texas after not being able to accept Barry's declaration that 'elections have consequences' and chose to run away like spoiled children rather than do their jobs like adults, who traveled to DC, put on political theatrics in an effort to claim their flight from Texas equated to the Civil Rights movement, who has held . are holding the Texas Legislature and the state of Texas hostage by their refusal to do their jobs, whose members were arrested in DC for committing crimes / failing to comply with police commands, and who put lives in danger as they spread COVID-19 to members of both Congress and the WH....the AWOL criminals who TX Governor Abbott declared he would have arrested and brought directly back to the Texas Capitol and into its chambers so these Democrats would do their jobs.....have just gotten a break by a (of course) Democrat Texas Judge who just recently ruled Abbot can NOT have them arrested when they get back to Texas.
In mid-July at least 58 Democrat members of the state House of Representatives fled Texas and headed to Washington DC to block Republicans from advancing new voting laws through a special session of the legislature.
Last month Governor Abbott said that he will have the lawmakers arrested and hold them inside the state Capitol “until they get their job done.”
“If these people want to be hanging out wherever they’re hanging out on this taxpayer-paid junket, they’re going to have to be prepared to do it for well over a year. As soon as they come back in the state of Texas, they will be arrested, they will be cabined inside the Texas Capitol until they get their job done,”

The Texas House of Representatives also voted to send law enforcement to arrest the Democrat lawmakers for fleeing the state and blocking the GOP from passing voting laws.
BREAKING:
State District Judge Brad Urrutia, a Democrat, signed an order Sunday night temporarily blocking the arrest of AWOL Texas Democrat lawmakers who fled the state to block the GOP’s voting bills.
The order expires in 14 days unless extended by Urrutia. The court will hear arguments on a temporary injunction on Aug. 20 where Abbott and Phelan must show why a temporary injunction should not be filed against them.
So the Texas Democrat judge wishes to spare these run-away, responsibility-shirking, Texas legislature/citizen hostage-taking, virus-infected, criminal (at least 3 Democrats arrested in DC) of the embarrassment f being arrested at the Austin Texas airport (potential for ugly phot shoot that could be used later in re-election campaigns) and taken directly to the Courthouse, and forced to do the job they were elected and are being paid for....

Charged Texas tax payers approx $1+ million for their reps to flee Texas
Held the Texas Legislature and citizens of Texas hostage
Is threatening to file a frivolous law suit against the Governor because he caused them stress and anxiety by declaring he would arrest them when they get back to Tx
Was paid their regular salaries and Per Diem (which should only be for authorized travel required to conduct official Texas business...
And now, like all Democrats, want to face no punishment / consequences for their actions....
....and as usual another Democrat in a position of power is helping them escape those consequences...
What criminal, f*-ups, and that includes the Democrat Judge.
