people say iran have bad rule for woman .for example
A married woman cannot leave the country without her husband's permission
or Polygamy and temporary marriage are permitted for men (up to four wives are allowed, subject to certain restrictions), but not for women.

but what is reality ?


In Iran when two people want to get married, the bride should offer something as her Mehriye(mahr) which naturally is her right, it is at least 100000$ these days, if the groom accept her condition, he become a debtor to her and must give her Mehrye any time she ask for it. And if he don't, she can put him in prison.
So with such a great debt, you think women can't easily challenge their husband's authority? They can bully their wives? Can tell them you should not go outdoor?!!

most woman never take money.
this money protect them against bad law for woman.
for example after divorce children(+7 years old) is for husband based on islam law.
so mother can say to father. i dont take mahria(money) and you give child to me.
