Don't know if anyone ever saw these, but they are the original pilots for South Park. The first one is very rough, and Cartman's name is Kenny.
The second one is closer to the finished series. Legend has it that it was produced for a Hollwood Big Shot to use as an e-Christmas card, but when he saw the blood and heard the language he stuck it in the bottom drawer of his desk. There it languished until George Clooney happened to see it, had copies made for a load of friends and eventually Comedy Central saw it.
When it was made into a series, Clooney agreed to do the voice for Sparky the gay dog.
At least, that's the story I heard. If anyone has heard something different, feel free to add info.
