Have we been awashed in closet or cloaked socialism/communism style workplaces and government for the last 30 or more years now in America, and was it because of these corporations in America that we had engaged in this now or was led to believe that this was OK now for so many of us who work in America as Americans ? These things may have destroyed the lower to middle class workforces strength and wealth over time in America, and has since led us to the demise that we have been led to now in America, in which was thrown upon us in 08 finally. Is this where it has all came to a head now, and since we didn't realize that this was what the culprit's were exactly, are we now poised to believe that more socialism/communism lite is the answer to our problems now in America ??
I was riding with a friend of mine today (just to set the stage of the conversation a bit, he was a black friend and a democrat of course by his standings), and so we began discussing the topic a bit, when all of a sudden he said that he believed that everyone should be made equal in society, just like the schools should have uniforms for uniformity etc. but I quickly countered that position by saying "NOPE" that is not the way it should be in America, and it never should be that way in America ever.
I next began by giving examples of how it should be (imho) and so I began by saying that everything should be always incentive based in our society (EVERYTHING) as earned, in order that we all have a chance to achieve our maximum potentials if desired in our society, and not allow others to hold us back from those potentials in such a society that he had wished for when he said what he said. I said for example my friend had a bicycle once, and it was the coolest bicycle I had ever seen (we were poor and couldnot afford such a bike), and I knew he would not allow me to ride it, cuz he was spoiled rotten and stingey by his up bringing born on his mothers side, but his father was a different story. So one day I was over and his dad said to me, "do you want to ride Jacks bike today beagle", I said no sir because Jack wouldn't like that, but he said I am wanting you to ride the bike today, and I want you to enjoy it while you ride it. I was afraid, but then I took the bike for a spin and I enjoyed it. He only did this because I was a humble kid for whom he saw as good, and that was the incentive enough that he saw in me, to defy his own son on that day, and tell me to ride that bike and enjoy it. I earned the ride, because I was a good kid, but if I would have been a bad kid who was jealous and mean about it, he would have never allowed me to ride his son's bike like he did on that day. Character and good won out over spoiled rotteness and meaness that day, but it had to be earned and not simply a given.
Ok, now do I want that Jack should have the bike taken from him, because he is stingey with it & a mean kid to ? NO I don't, and it shouldnot ever be taken from him as it was his gift given unto him from his mother, but what it did for me was give me a super strong desire to someday get me a bike just like that one, but I knew that I had to work hard for it, and do it the right way, as so I would appreciate it and not be stingey with it as Jack was, and this I figured because he didnot earn it correctly, and therefore got it without any requirement or incentive to appreciate it or do right by it.
However, the avenues should always be open in America, for me to be able to do it the right way, and this is what moral and decent incentive based capitalism does for a society, and not what socialism/communism lite does for a society. This has got to be made clear again to the citizens or we are doomed in America I am afraid.
All government should be doing is giving us the desire to work smarter and more in character for what we want in life (helping with, maybe setting some stages, but not ever forcing us), in order that we someday pass up the Jacks in life who will soon fall due to such a weak foundation that was built into his character, and to counter the spoiled rottenness in which he had been given to him as a platform to operate from and/or upon in his life. Still I am never for taking anything that Jack has, but only to beat him fair and square in life instead. And If I don't then there is still no regrets, and especially not if I had been given the platform and support to do so, but yet botched it somewhere in between. This only tells me to pull myself up by my bootstraps, and to get at it again in life.
I then used another analogy in which now has me showing up to work on time daily, and working hard, safe, consistant and therefore earning the company profits by all my attributes in which I used to do the best job that I could for the company, but what about the employee who gives only 65%, is inconsistant, tardy, problematic, unsafe to a degree, but not so much that he should be let go, and is still needed to help out also? Should he be given the same as me I ask ? My friend answered No he shouldn't, OK So if I get a raise for my total contributions and he does not, is this right or is this wrong ? He said this is right for you to get a raise, where as the incentive for him would be that you got that raise and he didn't because of his contributions in which were weak by his choices made.. I also agreed and said now you are getting where I am coming from in life.
If he is held back until does better, I say this is right, but to hold me back until he does better is socialism and/or communism's way of thinking, but this makes corporations who engage in this sort of thinking/thing very big profits and why? It's because we are all considered CHEAP LABOR by them in such a situation in which they have engaged in, and we will be looked at in this way by corporations/manufacturers/large companies in America now for a long time if we don't reverse this trend somehow. If we continue down these roads that are already a wash in our workplaces and thinking now in America, we will continue to fail as Americans and as America. Why do you think that they want all these Mexicans to become legal in this nation now, and all this claiming that they were just doing the jobs that Americans won't do ? It's because of this communistic/socialistic style thinking by corporations and our government who is on board with all of this now, in order to destroy America's strength once found in workers talents, attributes, consistancy, drive and creativity in America, therefore making us all slaves for the corporations in the end.
