Second - it was not found to be "unconstitutional" you nitwit. It was blocked by a lower left-wing judge. The Supreme Court hasn't ruled on it and if they did, it would be found to be 100% constitutional by a full court because it is.

Third, the The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (a law passed by Congress) grants the President of the United States the authority to block anyone from coming into the nation that he deems a threat to security.
