Slovakian state defense firm Constructor Defense boosted sales 33% last year. The S holding invested €30 mil to produce 50,000 shells in 2023, growing to 150,000 by 2025.

Hungary rapidly built new defense factories, including for German Lynx vehicles and over 1 million artillery shells annually by 2027. Existing partnerships & contracts legally aid Ukraine despite Orban's claims.
