I think you would have to include the considerable damage of property value and closed down businesses. Because of blacks moving in and living here, my property value is worth less than what I paid for the place 25 years ago. So you would have to take that loss, and then add in the money I lost because it didn't increase through those years either. The value should be at least 50% higher than what it was when I bought it.
