Imagine battles unfolding faster than the human mind can handle, with artificial intelligences choosing their tactics and targets largely on their own. The former four-star commander in Afghanistan, John Allen, and an artificial intelligence entrepreneur, Amir Husain, have teamed up to develop a concept for what they call “hyperwar,” rolled out in the July issue of Proceedings. It’s an intriguing take on the quest for the AI edge we here at Breaking Defense have called the War Algorithm — but their article leaves some crucial questions unanswered.

Your elites are coming for you lmao, and you leftist rejects embrace it all like hypnotized zombies not having one bit of logic left to think for yourselves.

How is this based in any way on political party or affiliation?

That didn't actually answer my question. It doesn't even make a whole lot of sense considering the current party makeup of our government.

Are you saying that conservatives, libertarians, and other non-liberals are rejecting the idea of AI warfare?

This Terminator Conundrum, as Joint Chiefs Vice-Chairman Paul Selva calls it, is so fraught that the previous Secretary of Defense, Ash Carter, said bluntly the US will “never” give autonomous systems authority to kill without human approval. It’s so fraught, in fact, that the two co-authors give distinctly different answers, albeit not incompatible ones.

" GOVERNMENT" , MILITARY" Corporate control, " FOLLOW THE MONEY"

Government, military, corporate control, and follow the money do not equate to liberal. I'm not asking how this relates to government, as it obviously does. However, as the government is not run entirely by liberals, and in fact the national government is currently more Republican than Democrat, meaning it may be more conservative than liberal, I am asking why you brought up "leftist rejects" in your OP.
