The Democratic Party Machine of Chicago and Cook County has been pulling that kind of $hit for the better part of a century.

Chicago hasn't had a change-of-parties since early 1931.

That's 87 years of solid Democratic rule with no serious challenges.

San Francisco has decided to let non-citizens vote in school board elections- perfectly legal to do- even though I disagree with the decision.
