And the good thing is....if a business does allow people to carry guns, they are immune from any damage from gun owners.....that is a good deal......people get to carry guns, and businesses are protected......an actual win win....

It’s ridiculous and unwarranted.

There are no ‘gun free zones’ – citizens are at liberty to carry concealed firearms in any private venue they so desire, including property where the owner ‘prohibits’ firearms – that’s because the guns are concealed no one knows the gun owner is carrying, including the business owner.

Moreover, subjecting a property owner to compensatory or punitive damages for deciding whether or not he wants guns on his property runs counter to fundamental conservative private property rights dogma.

Such is the hypocrisy of conservatives.

So laws that make it ILLEGAL to carry weapons on property marked as gun free do not exist? You are beyond stupid, they do in fact exist. In Tennessee for example while concealed carry is legal if licensed any property that marks itself as no firearms allowed makes it ILLEGAL to concealed carry. With penalties and legal consequences if you carry anyway. Thus this law.

I like how first you claim it doesn't happen then claim it is against conservative beliefs to remedy the occurrences.
