What makes you think that "immediate access" to the intel community is something that Sleepy Joe wants, or even has time for? He has no interest in going to the WH and listening to their drivel, especially when it means he will be missing The Price is Fucking Right.

Second, the Intel Community really doesn't know much, they've been kept out of the loop to prevent leaks. Friends of Trump like Jared and Rudy and Dennis Rodman have been receiving and delivering messages from abroad.
