I need the advice of a sammie expert.

It was decades ago , when i was poor and had a newborn

but i still remember

all i ate for over a year was a PB&J , and a coke for lunch daily , so i could have the good stuff w/my young wife and babe at the time

My knees start to shake to this day in the peanut butter isle of the market
