I think your tinfoil hat is too tight. and I have to wonder why people who are barely marginal in terms of income are concerned about corporate taxes.

It’s because you don’t understand microeconomics or corporate governance.

American corporations have trillions of dollars of wealth overseas to avoid the high US taxes. If the corporate tax rate is reduced from 35% to 21%, a good portion of that money will come back to the USA.

That’s why you are wondering, you don’t have a basic understanding of economics.
