Oftentimes before Republican... and even Trump-appointed judges and justices... and you got tossed out of court...

Sometimes for lack-of-standing... sometimes for lack-of-merit... and in all but one case you never made it past an initial vetting....

And in that one instance it wasn't statistically significant and nowhere NEAR what you needed to make the slightest difference...
