Matthew Keys, the social media editor at Reuters, posted audio of a reporter asking White House Press Secretary Jay Carney if U.S. bombings that kill innocent civilians in Afghanistan constitute an “act of terror” given the labeling of the Boston Marathon bombing as “terrorism”. She specifically refers to a U.S. airstrike earlier this month that killed 11 children, just the latest in a seemingly endless line of Afghan civilian deaths at the hands of the U.S. government.

Carney completely dodged the questions, pointing instead to the 9/11 terrorist attacks to justify U.S. bombings in Afghanistan. After a long-winded answer excusing U.S. conduct, Carney concludes, “ we take great care in the prosecution of this war.”

Why won't they just call it terrorism?

Why won't they call it terrorism? Probably because it shows the American people that the wrong guy is running the country. Obama is a freaking disaster at every level. The mid east has imploded on his watch and two rogue nations have nuked up under his watch. IED's are going off in Boston under his watch. The dam economy sucks I don't care what the sycophant media say's. Employment has not recovered and gas and food prices are out of control. This worthless POS said we would find the people responsible for the Benghazi attack and he has not and he won't find the disgusting pieces of shit that bombed Boston either. Hell; he has parties and white house concerts to attend, not to mention his 5 golf outings every week. I wish he would get as angry at the terrorist as he did the Senate for not passing his anti 2nd amendment bill. Even the old man in the Senate (Dirty Harry) didn’t want it. Mr. Obama don't you ever wag your finger at me or my representative ever again. We are entitled to our opinions just like you. That speech was the most un presidential act I've ever seen.

We are the terrorists?:cuckoo:

Blow it out your ass.

When the Afghanistan Taliban protected Bin Laden, who Republicans let go, the Taliban asked for it.

No one from Iraq asked us to be there.

Blow it out your ass.

So when "they" kill innocent people it's definitely terrorism, but not when "we" do it?

But no, "we" are not the terrorists. The politicians some of us voted into office, on the other hand.

We are not there uninvited dumbass. We are there helping the Afghan government fight terrorism on their soil. You are so disenfranchised from what really goes on in the world it is pathetic. If we just wanted to bomb someone for the hell of there are places a hell of a lot closer we could be bombing.

Because the Afghan government wants us there.

That's because they're a U.S. installed puppet regime dependent on the U.S. to maintain power.

But none that are so politically expedient.

If the governments of those countries wanted us gone we would leave. We only stay at their request.

Stop trying to justify islamic terrorism.

Stop trying to justify U.S. terrorism. As if the excuse that our own puppet governments giving us permission, which is a dubious claim at best, somehow makes killing innocent civilians ok.
