NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The pilots of a Black Hawk military helicopter that crashed last March, killing all 11 service members aboard, had disobeyed direct orders by flying into worsening weather, according to an investigation report.

97% of military helicopter crashes are cause by men 'hot dogging' or letting their manliness override their good sense. Only 3% of crashes are with female pilots.

I had no idea that was the case in so many rotary wing aircraft crashes. As a matter of fact, the thought never entered my mind.
