Bennie Thompson's bill is unconstitutional because it destroys the separation of powers between all branches of government--executive, legislative, and judicial. He is suggesting rule by legislation and the courts. Didn't Mr. Thompson take an Oath of office that guarantees the people he would obey the Constitution? Well, if he goes through the already poisonous situation, he is destroying the Constitution by way of silencing a President. And he did it by disrespecting the American Presidential branch of office. Look out, Patriots. If Congress supports this assault on separation of powers, we are no longer equals, presidents will never be respected again, and we will be a working oligarchic group of people with no freedom of speech, perilous representation, and the refusal of the best Congressional leaders to run for high office.

If they deny President Trump protection, they are opening a door that will prevent good men from running for office which is step one to find ourselves in a monarchy complete that gives the monarch and his minions to overturn free speech, the right to assemble, and a potential .murder-filled administration, and ploys against our democratic republic.

Democrats not only want to imprison Donald Trump for an invented crime, they don’t want him to have any protection.
The DISGRACED Former Protectees Act claims there would be “potential for conflicting lines of authority within prisons.” It would also “allow judges to weigh the sentencing of individuals without having to factor in the logistical concerns of convicts with Secret Service protection.”
It is meant for Donald Trump. They filed 91 charges against him because they want to imprison him until he dies.

The bill’s fact sheet says his “unprecedented 91 felony charges in Federal and State courts across the country have created a new exigency that Congress must address.”
