Everyone please take a moment and think about all the people that died today nine years ago....... remember where you were, and be thankfull for all the people that helped, and lost there lives trying to save everyone at the towers. Be gratefull we have the men and women that protect us from danger in the military everyday!

We had a moment of silence in school yesterday. The students were very respectful even though they were small children when it occurred. Very nice.

Sept. 9, 2011 was one of the best family days of our lives. We took the kids canoeing with several of our friends and their families. It was a perfect weather day, just like 9/11. Now, every gorgeous day in September makes me sad. Life was so different pre-9/11.
