I remember seeing this montage of various hosts/guests on CNN/MSNBC {and the rest} just praising Beto. He lights up a room! Wow! What Charisma! This could be our man, our next Obama. etc. etc.
My reaction was, huh? this guy? this dude that talks like a 14 year old? looks like some kid working the McDonalds drive thru. He's our next Obama?
And after that I would see him speak more often, guest appearances on cable. I could not fathom what the hell anyone saw in this boring person who comes off as a dork.

Looks like America finally figured this guy out about three/four weeks later, and now O'Rourke has joined the long list of "The Zero Percent Club".
