I've spent the last week or so going back and forth between OccupySF and Occupy Oakland. Sleeping on the streets with the Occupiers. I can't say I agree with most of what they say, but it's way more interesting than the GOP debates. The core group of campers are your typical gutter punk anarcho communists. But hey... it's San Francisco. During the day more mainstream views prevail. Everything from Marxist to Left-of-Democrat. There a contingent of first wave Tea Partiers who still come, and other Ron Paul and End the Fed crowds. I can't say it's a significant size. Maybe 10%.

I've been writing regular blog posts on my observations. Just thought I'd share.
