I don't want laws that prevent it either, but there is NO way I'm going to say that having so many children in one family is intelligent or responsible. From all I read about both situations, neither Suleman nor the Duggar family was being responsible in their decision to have so many children in one family.

No matter how hard they try, one or more children are going to end up being neglected or just not getting enough parental attention. That gets even worse when it's ONE parent having so many kids at once, as is the case with Ms. Suleman. That's just my opinion, which I know others may disagree with.
