CApitalism that works well is regulated such that stock swindling is limited to OUTRIGHT FRAUD which, obviously, is a crime.

Now we've just seen major bankers openly and notoriously swindle million of Americans and get rewarded for doing so.

So are we surprised that such things happen elsewhere, too?
