Why is it that people complaining about Trump now are the same people who just a couple of years prior were saying how angry the were that a Republican establishment (which they helped put into office) never listened to their concerns?

Why is it, that in 2010 and 2014, Republican voters were "angry" yet voted that same establishment back into office?

Since you're no fan of Trump's, your biases will lead you to believe anything "Make America Awesome" says about Trump, add to that they are running ads in support of your candidate. If they want you to think he's willing to f--k his daughter, you'll believe it.

Donald trump can't be held responsible for his sleazy statements. Somehow Ted cruz is responsible when an unaffiliated group quotes Trumps statements but Trump himself isn't.

Cruz is aware of it. And the fact he lets it go is telling. A simple "I don't believe that's true" from him would have sufficed. It would have satisfied his legal obligations not to interfere, while also distancing himself from the message the PAC is trying to send to the voters. Problem solved. Message nullified.

Also, Trump is held accountable all the time, because he is Trump. You're doing it right now. But how dare we look in the other direction! Cruz is no angel either. It's also quite telling you won't acknowledge any of his flaws.
