If Trump wins that mean he will pull toss up Republican senators over the hump in PA,NC, NH, MO, IN, FL and IW. Making a 53 seat majority. So the filibuster will be alive, but 2018 is a different story. The GOP has not real vulnerable states, but the Dems are highly vulnerable. They will most likely lose, IN, MO, MT, ND & WV. The GOP will then need to win 2 of the following FL - Nelson, NV - Heller, OH - Brown, VA - Kaine & WI - Baldwin. They will have a very good shot at a filibuster breaking 60.

Scalia's conservative seat will be saved and Ginsburg could fall over any day now. That would give a 5 seat conservative bloc

State Gov:
31 GOP governors. No vulnerable red states and the GOP should pick up MO, MT and WV and could take NH with a Trump push. That could be 35. Keep in mind only 34 states are needed for a constitutional convention.

So if President Trump has a solid majority in the House, conservative SCOTUS, filibuster breaking Senate and 2/3 majority of state government, he will be able to get a ton done!
