Yes, by appointing more common sense liberals to keep upholding the constitution. No one loyal to the US Constitution could even think of supporting the current wildly activist conservatives justices.
If anyone disagrees that our current conservative justices are wild judicial activists who rewrite the constitution, then simply point out the plain text of the Constitution where it states "Money is free speech" and "corporations are people".
Ginsburg and Breyer are getting old. Our first priority is preventing the USA from sliding into a state of theocorporate oligarchy, and that starts by keeping any more activist conservative justices off the court. People who want that theocorporate oligarchy and the end of any real democracy will think differently, of course.
