At a time when "porch pirates" are stealing packages,
this "TV Santa Claus" is leaving mysterious gifts at neighbors' front doors
in Virginia.

Where are all the old TV's coming from?
Is there a dump site or does this person work at a Goodwill?

I think he walks too deliberately to be on drugs.
Someone on pot would not have the motivation this takes.
It's a lot of work to remove all these sets left at houses
in two neighborhoods that have been targeted in Virginia.
