January 9, 2012 RSS Feed Print When it comes to how Americans view President Obama going into the new year, there appears to be very little spirit of Auld Lang Syne. Instead, according to the new Washington Whispers poll, many voters aren't forgetting what they dislike about Obama and want him out office.

In our New Year's poll, when asked what news event they fear most about 2012, Americans by a margin of two-to-one said Obama's reelection. Only 16 percent said they fear the Democrat won't win a second term, while 33 percent said they fear four more years. [Check out the top political events of 2011]

Americans are afraid, there's no doubt about that.

Given the candidates running for POTUS and the state of the economy, and the fact that neither party seems remotely interested in fixing the mess (they are pretty obviously trying to return to the same policies that got us in this mess) the American people have every right to dispair.

yep, Obama says he needs one more term to finish the job. That's scary shit.

He also said it may take more than one more term.

LMAO!!!! That's thinking positive.

When you listen to this a big flag should go up. That is if you're not basking in the glow of his presence.

If Obama is admitting that even if he gets another 4 years the problem might not be solved, why not just get someone who at least feels he can solve the problem. Why vote for some schmuck with a defeatist attitude.

I think we should hold him to his original projection. If he doesn't get things turned around in 3 years he doesn't deserve another 4.

Let's see if we can get this right, Reagan, S&L bailout and recession, Bush Jr, near total collapse of the economy, and massive, massive bailouts, and we should fear Obama who in spite of being a bit too diplomatic with the fools in congress has done well? You people are nuts, period. Pass my test below and then get back to us.

Ahh the right loves to be afraid. What would they fear if not Obama?

Kinda reminds me of the "America held hostage" meme Limbaugh put out there when Clinton was president.

Good on Limbaugh attributing the President of the United States to terrorist acts..no?
